Oris had a bold vision: move beyond recruitment and build a platform that manages the full lifecycle of a salesforce, from sourcing and screening to daily performance management and workforce coordination.
Turning that vision into a working product required a delivery partner who could translate complex operational requirements into a cohesive, scalable system. Oris engaged Assurdly to design and deliver that platform end-to-end.
What began as a hiring tool evolved, under Assurdly's delivery, into a full-stack operational system now actively used by organisations to source, manage, and measure distributed sales teams.
The Problem Assurdly Was Asked to Solve
Oris had identified three critical gaps in how sales-led organisations operate:
- Unverified talent pipelines: Sales CVs rarely reflect actual capability. Oris needed a structured way to test, filter, and onboard talent based on demonstrated ability, not just claims on a CV.
- No operational layer after hiring: Most platforms stop at the hire. There was no structure for managing daily activity, tracking targets, or enforcing accountability once a salesperson was placed.
- Breakdowns between companies and reps.: Communication gaps, unclear expectations, and unresolved disputes were driving churn on both sides of the market.
Oris needed more than a job board. They needed a system that actively supports how sales teams operate, and Assurdly was brought in to build it.

What Assurdly Delivered
Rather than a single product, Assurdly architected and delivered a connected system of experiences, each solving a specific part of the sales lifecycle.
- A Structured Entry Point for Sales Talent
Assurdly built a controlled onboarding funnel that prevents unqualified candidates from flooding the platform. Instead of open-access sign-up, the system captures detailed professional profiles, runs built-in capability assessments, and routes candidates through a defined application and interview process. Every salesperson entering the Oris ecosystem is screened, profiled, and comparable.
- A Hiring Console for Businesses
On the client side, Assurdly replaced fragmented hiring workflows with a single, trackable pipeline. Companies can define roles with precision, manage applications across stages, shortlist and interview candidates, and issue offers, all within the platform.
- A Live Sales Operations Layer
This is where Assurdly's delivery went beyond what most platforms offer. After a salesperson is engaged, the platform continues to play an active role in their management. Assurdly built:
- Sales Requests & Recalls: Enabling companies to assign, adjust, or withdraw tasks in real time
- Sales Planners: Where targets are set, tracked, and revisited dynamically within the system
- Performance Assessments: Continuous evaluation of sales activity, not just a one-time hiring check
The result is a system where salespeople are not just onboarded, they are actively managed within a structured workflow.
- Built-in Workforce Coordination
Assurdly designed and built the operational infrastructure needed to keep distributed teams cohesive: leave management to track availability, announcement channels for organisation-wide communications, and identity configuration to formalise workforce structure. These were treated as core features, not afterthoughts.
- A Dedicated Resolution Layer
One of the most overlooked problems in sales operations is conflict management. Assurdly addressed this directly by building a structured issue and query module with clear communication channels between companies and sales reps, and traceable resolution workflows. Issues are captured, managed, and resolved within the platform, not handled off-platform or left to fall through the cracks.

Results & Outcome
Assurdly delivered all features across the Salesperson Web App, Client Web App, and Admin Portal to 100% quality scores, with every bug identified and resolved within the same sprint before any deployment to production. The platform moved quickly from concept to active usage, with strong traction on both sides of the market.
By the project close:
- 2,030 sales professionals had been onboarded onto the platform
- 13 client organisations were active and managing distributed sales teams
- 362 jobs had been posted through the system
- 1,396 job applications had been processed
- 670 offers had been made
- 273 roles had been successfully filled
But the more important shift was operational. Hiring became faster and more consistent. Sales activities became visible and measurable. Communication between companies and reps moved from ad hoc to structured. Workforce management became system-driven rather than manual.
Today, Oris operates as more than a marketplace; it is a control layer for sales operations. It enables organisations to source and validate sales talent through structured processes, manage active teams with clear operational oversight, and track performance in a consistent, centralised system. For sales professionals, it provides a structured environment to access verified opportunities and operate within clearly defined expectations, and a more transparent relationship with the companies they work with.

Conclusion
Assurdly delivered a platform that gives Oris and the organisations on it something that did not exist before: a unified control layer for sales operations. Organisations can now source verified talent, manage distributed teams without losing oversight, and track performance in a structured, continuous way. Sales professionals, in turn, gain access to verified opportunities and a transparent framework for engagement.
Oris’s vision was to move beyond transactional hiring. Through a product built around visibility, coordination, and performance, that vision evolved into a working platform that connects recruitment, performance tracking, and day-to-day operations in one continuous experience.
The result is infrastructure designed not just to support growth, but to enable more structured and scalable sales operations
